Heather Wilde, NMD is a licensed Naturopathic Physician specializing in integrative, functional, and natural medicine practicing at BodyLogicMD of Sacramento. With extensive training in both modern and traditional approaches, she bridges the gap between evidence-based medicine and ancient healing practices to support anti-aging and overall vitality.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Wilde is the author of The Wilde Way, The Wilde Life Planner, and the Wilde Vitality Holistic Detoxification Course. She has published numerous articles on natural wellness and frequently lectures internationally on topics including functional medicine, environmental health and anti-aging.
